Dermal-Fillers... Dermal fillers are included in a group of non-surgical procedures to fill in the dermis, or deep layers of the skin, under wrinkles. This augments the tissues beneath the selected wrinkle making the line less noticeable. Collagen, Autologen, Dermologen, and Injectable Alloplast are currently available, and more potentially longer lasting materials should be available in the next year or two. These treatments are temporary and require maintenance or touch-up procedures depending on patient age and skin condition.
